Job Title: Medication Certified Technician

At The Terraces of Phoenix - a HumanGood community, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Certified Technician to join our team in our Memory Support unit.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to provide exceptional care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. As a Medication Certified Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our residents, while also promoting their independence and participation in daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and recreational activities.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify and address the needs of residents, ensuring their care plans are implemented effectively.
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in resident care.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Successful completion of the Certified Caregiver Program.
  • Certification as a Medication Certified Technician is required for this position.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
