As a Baker at Panera Bread, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries, maintaining high standards of quality and flavor, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake all fresh bread and pastries for our cafe
  • Maintain high standards of quality and flavor using 100% real ingredients
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
  • Support your manager and team members

Requirements:
  • Love baking and working in a team environment
