Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing data center construction projects from cradle to grave, including estimates, project completion, procurement, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data center construction projects, including electrical installation, commissioning, and testing.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead project teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in data center construction.
  • NC Electrical Unlimited License and 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical trade practices, methods, equipment, materials, and tools.
  • Ability to supervise the work of skilled workers and provide guidance and leadership.
  • Experience interpreting blueprints and specifications, including electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of electrical conduits, power systems, and electrical installations.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in the data center construction industry.
  • BA/BS/AAS degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Client-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and attention to detail.
  • Travel as needed to project sites.
  • OSHA Certification and finance experience preferred.
  • Computer savvy, including MS Project, Excel, Teams, Oracle Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Procore, and AutoCAD.
