Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at WB Moore Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of electrical project management, including financial performance, tracking, and forecasting, scheduling, and change order management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical project management, including financial performance, tracking, and forecasting, scheduling, and change order management.
  • Establish and maintain outstanding customer relationships, ensuring project goals are met, and executing best practices.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgeting strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project superintendents, engineers, and estimators, to ensure project goals are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Conduct site visits, inspect project progress, and identify potential issues to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including financial performance, progress updates, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five (5) years of electrical construction project management experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience successfully managing at least $8M in electrical project revenue per year within planned scope, schedule, and cost, with positive customer satisfaction experience.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical practical installation processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a technical field, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on customer satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs, including Project, Outlook, and Excel, as well as general computer platforms.
