Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Technician II to join our team at the School of Medicine. As a key member of our animal care team, you will assist veterinarians and researchers in surgery, radiology, and other medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians and researchers in surgery, radiology, and other medical procedures
  • Maintain accurate medical records and inventory
  • Provide non-surgical technical assistance to researchers as directed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, and three years of experience as a veterinary technician. Alternatively, you may have a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience as an animal care technician, or graduation from a two-year veterinary technician program and one year of veterinary technician experience.
