- Develop and implement treatment programs to help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Supervise and educate students, as well as educate colleagues and hospital employees on the role of occupational therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records to ensure proper reimbursement and communication with healthcare teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Occupational Therapy (OT) license.
- National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy registration.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- One (1) year of clinical experience.
