Cortica is seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its multidisciplinary team. As an ABA Supervisor, you will work closely with our team of experts, including neurologists, pediatricians, counselors, occupational, speech, and music therapists.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $5,000 first-year bonus, paid out in two installments of $2,500 every 90 days.

This is a full-time position, with opportunities to work in clinic or home-based settings. You will be required to travel to various locations, including Acton, Maynard, Concord, Carlisle, Bedford, Somerville, Cambridge, and Allston/Brighton.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing assessment and treatment plans
  • Providing clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists
  • Monitoring and updating programming aspects of each client's clinical case
  • Organizing and analyzing data for progress report writing
  • Participating in insurance authorization reviews
  • Participating in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload


We are looking for a candidate with a master's degree in a Human Services or related field, a current BCBA certification, and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.
