Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Manager to lead our team in the Cleveland territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships, managing gas recovery operations, and mentoring a team of technicians.

About the Role:

  • Meet Gas Recovery and Buyback Goals: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed gas recovery and buyback targets.
  • Build and Maintain Client Base: Foster strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Teams: Collaborate with sales and customer teams to retain and acquire new customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Leadership and Coaching: Mentor and coach a team of field service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service and Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess the technical knowledge and ability to complete service jobs, including refrigerant recoveries, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Utilize Salesforce: Effectively use Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales and service activities, and analyze customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Safety and Compliance: Uphold A-Gas Americas' Safety to Zero Harm Standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: College degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Age and Driver's License: At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • CDL and EPA Certification: Ability to obtain CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement and EPA universal certification within 14 days of employment.
  • Work Schedule: Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suites, including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Outlook.
