Role Overview

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a skilled and compassionate Virtual School Psychologist to provide comprehensive assessments, counseling, and interventions to K-12 students across Arkansas.

About the Position

  • The role involves working closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies that enhance student success.
  • You will conduct virtual evaluations, create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans, and provide counseling sessions for individual and group needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to identify students' behavioral, emotional, and academic needs.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to create, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 plans.
  • Provide virtual counseling sessions for individual and group needs, addressing social-emotional concerns.
  • Offer immediate support and intervention for students in crisis.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must hold a valid Arkansas School Psychologist certification.
  • Proven experience in assessments, IEP/504 planning, and school-based counseling.
  • Skilled in using online platforms for virtual assessments and communication.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $$45.00-$60.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a 1099 contractor, you will enjoy the flexibility of remote work and competitive pay.
