We operate across multiple states along the Eastern Seaboard, managing over 300 locations. We are currently seeking a Parking Facility Security Officer to oversee the safety and security of our paid parking facilities.

Position Highlights:

  • Multiple full-time positions available
  • Shifts available during afternoons and evenings
  • Compensation of $12 per hour

Role and Responsibilities:

If you enjoy engaging with people and ensuring a secure environment, this role is perfect for you. As a Parking Facility Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, making a lasting impression.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting parking customers, ensuring the highest level of service
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
  • Providing excellent hospitality services to all guests
  • Communicating parking rates and retrieval procedures clearly
  • Delivering information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Performing additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Ability to remain active throughout the day, including sitting, standing, walking, and driving
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Good work ethic and teamwork skills
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Must be at least 18 years old and willing to undergo a background check if required
