Position Overview

The Customer Support Agent plays a crucial role in assisting our retail teams, BrandsMart Leasing clientele, and occasionally the Operations Hub. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, guiding customers through the lease application process, clarifying the advantages of auto pay, conducting quality assurance calls, addressing customer service inquiries, and managing payment transactions. As this is a newly established role, it will evolve, leading to additional responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with retail team members to ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the lease transaction process while providing outstanding service to promote business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality assurance calls on all new lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the Company's computer systems.
  • Address customer service inquiries and discuss opportunities for improvement with supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
  • Respond to phone inquiries from customers and retail locations.
  • Investigate delivery-related issues.
  • Manage customer cancellations, exchanges, and returns at retail locations.
  • Review leases to ensure compliance and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Notify customers regarding their available purchasing power.
  • Clarify lease-to-own agreements with customers during follow-up communications.
  • Audit lease agreements to ensure proper transfer to the Operations Hub.
  • Assist the Operations Hub with payment processing and certain collection tasks as needed.
  • Verify that all credits have been accurately issued from retail locations.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
