Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitize and clean all dishes, utensils, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Operate and maintain the dish machine to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct daily cleaning and sanitizing of the service area and kitchen to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with prep work and beautification duties as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the dish machine or other kitchen equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive working relationship.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
