Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant at Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities
  • Sort and wash dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Operate the dish machine and maintain a clean and well-stocked dish area.
  • Assist in the polishing and tarnishing of silverware and other kitchen equipment.
  • Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
  • Collaborate with the Stewarding Supervisor and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, including service carts and equipment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
