- Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Bank of Hope's products and services, including accounts, loans, and credit cards, to effectively educate and advise clients.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Bank of Hope's security program, including reviewing and complying with the End-User Computing Agreement, and reporting any suspicious activities to management.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication skills, including written and oral communication, to interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, including a businesslike appearance and demeanor, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
