Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  1. Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, with a sub-specialty in Geriatrics preferred.
  2. Valid medical license in the state of Illinois.
  3. Experience managing an interdisciplinary team and providing geriatric care.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  5. BLS certification.
