  • Lead and supervise a team of riggers and machinery movers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and submit quotes for pending projects.
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding project timelines, payment, and expectations.
  • Utilize heavy equipment, such as forklifts and skates, to rig and move heavy machinery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and share knowledge with team members.
  • Perform pre- and post-project inspections, and ensure equipment maintenance is performed as needed.
  • Assist with equipment delivery and pickup as required.

Requirements:

  • NCCO Rigger 1, 2, and Signalman qualifications are mandatory.
  • A valid Class A CDL with no restrictions is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a rigger, with at least 3000 documented rigging hours.
  • Strong mechanical reasoning and spatial awareness are essential.
  • Situational awareness and problem-solving skills are critical.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Passing a drug screen and background checks is necessary.
