  • Coordinate student rotations and track credentialing requirements
  • Maintain accurate and confidential rotation records
  • Ensure student compliance with policies and regulations
  • Monitor and support local and CHC sites
  • Assemble student packets for onboarding
  • Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and preceptors
  • Maintain positive relationships with hospitals and preceptor sites
  • Provide administrative support for clinical directors and coordinators
  • Manage student evaluation and monitoring
  • Assign and maintain preceptor ID roster
  • Process rotation check-in and preceptor/site evaluation
  • Report red flags and maintain open communication with students
  • Track and submit clinical preceptor rotation and CHC quarterly payments
  • Proctor End of Rotation clinical exams
  • Coordinate changes and modifications to rotations or schedules
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the Clinical Team
  • Organize and present updated PowerPoint material for Clinical Orientation
  • Manage data input of new and updated preceptors and sites into the Typhon system
  • Compile and maintain preceptor files
  • Support department with interview day, white coat, graduation, and special occasions
  • Track and distribute Category 2 CME letters to eligible preceptors
  • Assist clinical team with assignments of student rotation schedule and notify appointed preceptors

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of proven organizational experience in academic, health care, or similar environment
  • Ability to interact with administration, faculty, staff, students, and the general public in a professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet necessary deadlines
  • Experience in business or academic office setting
  • Experience interacting with internal and community affiliates
  • Ability to follow and share information regarding university policy and procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and medical terms
  • Credentialing experience preferred
