Account Specialist

Responsibilities- Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Manage manual order entry inquiries and concerns, including order status, expediting, delivery schedules, and replacement needs
- Utilize the CRM to document activities and account summary notes
- Assist in new hire employee training and act as a mentor for new employees on KGPCo systems, processes, and procedures
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- At least two years of related office and/or customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
- Ability to establish a strong rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the Company.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to add and subtract 10-digit numbers, to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
