Position Title:
Aerospace Production Technician (1st Shift)
Position Overview:
  • Execute the assembly of engine cowlings and sheet metal components.
  • Collaborate with prominent clients such as Honeywell, Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Cessna.
  • Interpret blueprints and standard operating procedures to assemble components and parts accurately.
  • Utilize power tools, hand tools, drills, and torque wrenches for assembly tasks.
  • Conduct electric bond inspections.
  • Familiarity with Honeywell specifications is advantageous.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in aerospace.
  • 2-3 years of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Experience with large components.
  • Understanding of Honeywell specifications is preferred but not mandatory.
Employment Type:
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a duration of 4 months.
Work Environment:
This position is fully on-site in a manufacturing facility.
Work Culture:
Aerospace manufacturing environment characterized by teamwork and a close-knit culture. The facility adheres to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Shift Details:
  • 1st shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday OR 6 AM - 3:30 PM with Friday hours from 6 AM - 10 AM (varies by department).
