Job Overview

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the product management function at FFF Enterprises, Inc. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science).
  • At least 15 years of experience in product management, sales, marketing, or related engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing people and leading teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile management tools.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
