Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Careerbuilder-US. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating complex equipment and analytical tools in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Ensure the smooth operation of production equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed.
  • Process Control: Monitor and control production processes to ensure high-quality output, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals, providing training and support as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex problems, implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, implementing changes to improve production processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; experience with complex equipment and analytical tools a plus.
