- Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex problems, implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, implementing changes to improve production processes and outcomes.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; experience with complex equipment and analytical tools a plus.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
