We are a leading provider of nuclear medicine solutions, and we are seeking a talented Seed Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Theragenics Corp. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for the quality, efficiency, and safety of our seed manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain effective quality control measures to minimize errors and defects.
  • Lead training sessions to educate colleagues on new processes and procedures.
  • Develop and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide input on product design and development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of Manufacturing/Assembly experience is necessary.
  • Small Part Assembly experience is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per annum
