About the Role

The X-Ray Irradiation Technician will provide on-site and remote support of Rad Source products to our customers requiring technical assistance. This role involves working with our Customer Support Representatives to troubleshoot equipment, advise customers on proper use, build relationships, and follow company procedures.

This position requires an experienced self-driven individual with a background in X-ray Device with low or high voltage experience to install and support our advanced equipment while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical devices and providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of Rad Source Systems both remotely and in the field.
  • Diagnose technical issues, apply standard resolution tactics, and repair equipment consistently using available test equipment.
  • Assemble, install, and test electrical and mechanical components of Rad Source's industrial units, including medical devices at customer locations.
  • Provide positive interactions with customers during installations, warranty, and service repairs, upgrades, field actions, preventive maintenance visits, and equipment trials.
  • Offer training for direct operation of Rad Source Systems.
  • Document all work performed, maintain parts, supplies, tools, test equipment, and technical literature by completing accurate and timely service reports.
  • Coordinate onsite schedules via management direction and align with customer expectations.
  • Maintain technician/task inventory, record, and return required materials efficiently.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum.
