Job Overview

Role Objective & Scope

  • Oversee sales, marketing, and operational initiatives to enhance profitable sales and increase market presence in the cooling systems sector.
  • Formulate yearly sales strategies and contribute to long-term business planning.
  • Evaluate and optimize sales channels to promote business expansion.
  • Work closely with leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve over $300 million in annual revenue.
  • Enhance sales profitability while meeting pricing and margin targets.
  • Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, ensuring performance accountability.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, monitor sales goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Sales Channel Oversight

  • Assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives for sales personnel.

Sales Implementation

  • Set objectives for sales managers and representatives, and manage relationships with clients, contractors, and engineers.

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop pricing strategies, explore and recommend new initiatives, and provide insights to the Marketing team.

Position Context

  • Reports to the Director of Sales for North America and engages with senior leadership.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management.

Required Competencies

  • Strategic thinking, urgency, technical expertise, communication proficiency, leadership qualities, results-driven, problem-solving capabilities, and analytical skills.

Work Environment

Travel requirements may reach up to 60%, with physical demands including standing and occasional lifting.
