Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Performance Systems Integration LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish, working closely with our sales team and internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules and procurement processes
  • Process permitting requests and coordinate equipment delivery
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to department managers
  • Coordinate with customers and sales representatives on project requirements
  • Process change orders and ensure timely billing
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and contract disputes
  • Create purchase orders for subcontractors

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of project coordination experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Electrical or construction industry experience is desirable
  • Experience in a high-volume customer service environment is ideal
