Project Scheduler Job Description

Crescent Tree Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a vital role in the planning and schedule management of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize MS Project to ensure project schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, trade partners, and consultants to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.
  • Communicate project schedules and progress to stakeholders, including project teams and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project scheduling and management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
