Coordinator Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff

• Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order

• Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures

• Checking internal and terminal information for accuracy

• Ensuring equipment availability prior to dispatching

• Must have experience working in a construction office environment.

• Experience using microsoft office products

• Scheduling and coordinating sit walks and flow of jobs.

• Have a current drivers license

Coordinator Shift Info

• Day Shift, 07:00 am to 03:30 pm

• Monday - Friday

Coordinator Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Basic Excel and outlook

• Must pass drug screen including THC for this position.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Telecommunication experience needed

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Reliability and discretion

• Office Administration experience preferred

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Directly supporting two project managers
