Work Environment: This is a hybrid role, combining remote case management with necessary travel for home therapy visits. We support your journey towards obtaining clinical licensure, accepting temporary or provisional licensure.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a licensable field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related area.
- Licensure as a Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor.
- Preferred: 2 years of relevant full-time experience or internships with delinquent populations, including individual, group, or family counseling.
- Experience with in-home services and pragmatic family therapies is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FFT principles.
- Facilitate weekly home-based family therapy sessions for families with adolescents aged 10-17.
- Engage primary caregivers and key participants in treatment, addressing barriers to engagement.
- Develop individualized service plans in collaboration with youth and families.
