Job Overview:

Hogan Transportation is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles.

Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Technician with a strong background in repairing and maintaining heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of apprenticeship or 4 years of experience in Truck/Trailer Body shop repair. A CDL License, Class A or B, is also required.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing damaged equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all vehicles are safely road-tested. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with the rest of the maintenance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4 years of apprenticeship or 4 years of experience in Truck/Trailer Body shop repair
  • CDL License, Class A or B
  • Experience in Fiberglass repair
  • EPA License (as appropriate)
  • High school education or GED
  • In-depth knowledge of hand, air and power tools
  • Basic understanding of welding and Oxy/Acetylene cutting procedures
