Multifamily Investor Relations Specialist

">About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Analyst to support our San Francisco Corporate Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communications, materials, and meetings with investors, tracking investor inquiries, and aiding in fundraising activities.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Support the daily operations including IR communications management (e.g., inbox management, list administration), data reconciliation, integrity checks, and handling ad-hoc investor requests.">
- Develop, produce, and update marketing materials such as pitch books, PPM, DDQ, investor conference slides, and other materials, requiring coordination with several teams across the organization.">
- Produce graphics and analytics in Excel and PowerPoint.">
- Assist with responding to industry database questionnaires (e.g., Preqin, IREI, P&I).">
- Support the CRM (Juniper Square) and repository database, ensuring data integrity of inputs, and manage analytics and reporting.">
- Work closely with the IR team to respond to all investor requests (written and verbal) including managing contact information and wire instruction updates.">
- Support the planning of the annual AGM conference, Mid-Year Investor Call, and other IR-related events.">
- Manage property image library.">
- Perform various administrative tasks constituting roughly 10%+ of duties (calendaring, scheduling, data input, etc.).">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics.">
- A minimum of 1+ years' experience in investment management and/or the real estate industry, with a focus on investor relations or business development.">
- Attention to detail and thoroughness are essential.">
- Experience with private funds, finance, and accounting is highly desirable.">
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.">
- The ability to distill complex topics into a concise format.">
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.">
- Strong project management and process-oriented skill set.">
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.">
- Must be a team player with a commitment to excellence and high integrity.">
Compensation:
">We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $95,000 to $100,000, plus a bonus incentive.
