PT Customer Service Team Lead

With a strong focus on front-end operations, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring store office functions are completed accurately, and supporting the Customer Service Manager in driving sales growth through excellent service.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a PT Customer Service Leader. In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager to maintain high standards of customer service, optimize store office functions, and drive sales growth through excellent service. You'll also be responsible for ensuring store office functions are completed accurately and on time, communicating all cash variances to the Assistant Customer Service Manager, and maintaining proper knowledge of all sales associate register functions and Front End accounting services.

• Providing fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to our customers through the achievement of Food Lion customer service standards
• Assisting the Customer Service Manager and the Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to Front End Standard Practice Manual, maximizing sales through excellent customer service
• Ensuring store office functions are completed accurately and on time using accounting packets; communicates all cash variances to the Assistant Customer Service Manager
• Maintaining proper knowledge of all sales associate register functions and Front End accounting services
• Reporting any register malfunction to the Customer Service Manager or, in the absence of the MOD, placing service calls in an efficient manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication and customer service skills, and the ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
