Elements Massage Fitchburg, WI is excited to introduce therapeutic skin care services to our studios offerings. We are seeking licensed estheticians / aestheticians to join our growing team and create a welcoming work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Must have completed (or be in the process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program to perform facial services in Wisconsin.
  • A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers.
  • Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with customer service in the beauty industry.
  • Experience in educating or providing service and product recommendations.
  • A proven track record for gaining repeat business and upgrading services to clients is a plus.
  • High levels of resilience: solution-focused, especially when presented with complexity and the seemingly impossible.
  • High levels of dedication: willing to voluntarily go the extra mile.
  • High levels of vigor: Positive and uplifting attitude works well individually, in teams, and in large group collaborative settings.
