Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests by performing top-level skincare services.
• Design and prescribe personalized treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in skincare.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain a professional and clean environment in therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Experience as an esthetician for 1-2 years.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to estheticians.

Compensation: $75.00 per hour
