Avera, a leading health system, is seeking a skilled Housekeeper II to join our environmental services team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, residents, and guests.

About the Role
  • Clean and disinfect patient rooms, baths, laboratories, offices, halls, and other areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Provide exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests, and fellow employees at all times.
  • Support the hospital's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion, and stewardship.
  • Provide care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
