Avera is a leading health system that has been recognized for its excellence in patient care. As a Housekeeper II, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, residents, and staff.

About the Role
  • Clean hospital patient rooms, baths, laboratories, offices, halls, and other areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Provide exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests, and fellow employees at all times.
  • Support the hospital's goal of excellence in patient care by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a way that demonstrates and supports the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion, and stewardship.
  • Provide care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies' standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.

Work Schedule and Pay
  • Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks.
  • The hourly range for this position is $20.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
