About the Role:

Avera is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper II to join our Environmental Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, residents, guests, and fellow employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize hospital patient rooms, baths, laboratories, offices, halls, and other areas to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Provide exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests, and fellow employees at all times, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Support the hospital's goal of excellence in patient care by facilitating positive employee relations and contributing to department goals.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a way that demonstrates and supports the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion, and stewardship.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies' standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with 80 hours every two weeks. The hourly range for this position is $20.50 per hour, with actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
