As a Healthcare Facility Operations Leader at DaVita, you will join a team that prioritizes both personal and professional development while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader for the role of Healthcare Facility Operations Leader. In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care as the key operational leader in an outpatient clinic environment. Previous healthcare experience is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient-Centric Approach: Cultivate relationships with patients and work towards their health improvement through clinical goal-setting and quality enhancement initiatives.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the overall operations and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor management, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring.
  • Operational Autonomy: Take charge of your clinic with the support of your director and regional peers, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative Culture: Engage with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns, aligning with regional objectives and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military settings, or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state regulations.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Strong collaboration skills are essential for success in this role, as you will work closely with clinical and financial teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
