Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Specialist to join our team at NESCO Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing product failures, proposing corrective actions, and maintaining reliability control databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze product failures to identify root causes and propose corrective actions
  • Prepare failure and analysis reports, and maintain reliability control databases
  • Plan, develop, and manage Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) programs for Army ground vehicle system components or end items
  • Analyze data to determine statistical sampling and test hours to ensure high levels of confidence in meeting reliability requirements
  • Direct experience in Product Assurance & Test competency areas, program management, mechanical engineering, and/or electrical engineering
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 8 years related reliability engineering experience
  • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance
  • Travel up to 10% to test sites in support of related meetings and test events
