About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team at Pioneer Ridge Nursing Facility Operations, LLC. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their full potential and improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, based on their unique needs and goals;
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed;
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes;
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes;

To succeed in this role, you will require strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a licensed Occupational Therapist with a recognized professional education and qualifications;
  • Have experience working in a rehabilitation setting, preferably with geriatric patients;
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals;
  • Be able to maintain accurate and detailed records, with attention to confidentiality and data protection;
