Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every guest is treated with respect and dignity.
  • Provide appropriate food and water to all guests, ensuring cleanliness of bowls daily.
  • Maintain hygiene by cleaning up after pets throughout your shift.
  • Safely escort dogs to and from outdoor exercise areas.
  • Engage in various play activities with pets, including fetch, exercise walks, and basic obedience games.
  • Supervise multiple dogs during playtime, monitoring for any potential conflicts.
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment by adhering to cleaning and sanitizing protocols.
  • Monitor the health of guests through daily observation and record-keeping.
  • Alert management immediately if a guest exhibits signs of illness or unusual behavior.
  • Manage laundry for pet belongings and ensure proper return to respective pets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
  • Report low inventory levels for pet supplies and cleaning products.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property.
  • Stay informed about important updates and collaborate with other departments.

A Day In The Life:
As a Pet Daycare Engagement Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on the daily care of our furry guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized attention and playtime for our boarding and daycare guests while ensuring the safety of all pets in group play settings. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of play areas and managing playtime equipment.

This role offers opportunities for growth within the organization, allowing you to explore various positions and shifts as you develop your skills. Typical working hours may include shifts from morning to evening, with both part-time and full-time options available.
