About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Government Schedule Developer - IMS Analyst to join our team at ManTech. As a key member of our Cost & Schedule Analysis Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in the Lexington Park, MD area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze requirements from technical subject matter experts to develop and maintain integrated government schedules (IGS).
  • Guide project teams in schedule development and integration processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain networked schedules using critical path method, baseline, and status, incorporating milestones, tasks, duration, lead/lag, and other standard datapoints.
  • Evaluate project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), to identify relevant information for the integrated government schedule.
  • Identify, evaluate, and present critical and driving path tasks, ensuring timely and accurate schedule updates.
  • Develop and maintain new One Pager views, providing clear and concise visualizations of schedule data.
  • Communicate schedule status through in-person and virtual meetings, as well as via email and other virtual communication methods.
  • Format and present schedule data using MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel, ensuring high-quality and professional deliverables.
Requirements
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in developing and maintaining integrated government schedules, with expertise in Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
  • Ability to travel within the continental United States two (2) to four (4) times per year, with a minimum of one (1)-week increments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in areas related to math, science, statistics, or engineering.
  • This is an onsite position, requiring a minimum of four (4) days per week on-site at the customer location.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in areas related to math, science, statistics, or engineering.
  • Experience with One Pager Pro and PowerBI.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with DoD Acquisition Lifecycle, aircraft and weapons systems, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
  • Experience with technical program management support and interfacing with senior-level customers.
Clearance Requirements
  • Must have a current Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements
  • Tasking is primarily computer-based, requiring the ability to operate and perform tasks on a PC.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods.
