Position Overview
This role entails a commitment of 40 hours per week, focusing on the thorough maintenance and sanitation of various facilities and structures. The work is conducted under the guidance of the Human Resources Director.

Key Responsibilities
1. Execute cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and buffing floors; shampoo carpets; strip and wax surfaces.
2. Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables from premises and surrounding areas, ensuring proper disposal methods are followed.
3. Maintain cleanliness of windows and glass doors; dust baseboards, chair rails, and window sills; clean tables, desks, walls, chairs, and blinds.
4. Sanitize and replenish restroom supplies; disinfect water fountains, door handles, light switches, and elevator interiors.
5. Assist in moving furniture and other substantial items as required.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess a general understanding of cleaning practices, tools, and materials, demonstrating the ability to utilize them effectively and economically. Candidates must be capable of following oral and written instructions, possess basic literacy skills, and have the physical stamina to perform demanding manual tasks. The ability to work autonomously and foster positive relationships with supervisors, colleagues, and the public is essential.

Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or a combination of education, training, and experience that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
