Maintenance Technician

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment, including fryers, HVAC units, and lighting systems.
• Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
• Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
