Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our healthcare facility's clinical operations. The Clinical Director will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as CARF.
  • Manage and supervise clinical staff to optimize patient care outcomes.
  • Provide clinical management oversight and guidance to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to enhance interdisciplinary communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical programs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in healthcare management, with a focus on medical management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Hold Independent License (LCSW, LMHC).
