Game Support Specialist

Job Summary
As a Support Technician at Dave & Busters, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the building, including games, simulators, and technical equipment. Your goal will be to deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on games, simulators, and technical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Deliver exceptional Guest service by responding promptly to Guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
- Keep the supervisor informed of all problems and provide timely and accurate service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
