We are seeking a skilled Finance Administrative Specialist to support our operations at Charger Water Treatment Products. This role is crucial within the finance division, and we are looking for a meticulous, experienced, and well-organized individual with a solid accounting foundation and expertise in reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily financial operations, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts receivable and payable.
- Process client payments and maintain precise records of all financial activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to address any billing or payment discrepancies.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of branch Accounts Receivable entries.
- Track outstanding invoices and engage with clients to ensure prompt payment.
- Establish new customer accounts and terms in the system.
- Review billing transactions for accuracy and timeliness, whether automated or manual.
- Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure precision and identify any discrepancies.
- Serve as a backup for the Credit & Collection Manager.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial records and transactions.
Charger Water Treatment Products is a premier entity in the residential and commercial water treatment sector, specializing in the design and manufacturing of water treatment solutions such as filters, softeners, and iron breakers. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with Epicor Solar is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
