The Tower Tech IV role requires installing and maintaining wireless cellular network on high-altitude structures. Responsibilities include:

  • Installing telecom equipment, such as antennas, microwave lines, connectors, RRUs, etc.
  • Ground communication equipment installation.
  • Working on communications sites on rooftops, self-support towers, and monopoles.
  • Installing pinwheels, structural steel, cable tray, conduits, antenna mounts, antennas, and transmission lines.
  • PIM testing, line sweeps, and ODU testing are highly preferable.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 4 years or more of previous experience in a similar field.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional Critical Thinking skills.
