ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children's Hospital and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Ohio are excited to announce the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile, a mobile medical clinic designed to provide pediatric primary care services to patients in northwest Ohio.

The Care Mobile will provide children and families access to a wide range of pediatric services and educational tools with the goal of connecting patients back to a primary care provider in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the care team in routine and specialized patient care tasks
  • Maintain supplies and support the practice by utilizing clinical knowledge and expertise in a clerical capacity
  • Perform basic patient care preparation, preliminary patient observations, and documentation
  • Communicate and document patient and office information accurately and completely
  • Accurately register and schedule patients per clinic guidelines
  • Assist with end-of-day tasks and maintain maintenance logs
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or equivalent clinical experience
  • MA certificate or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
  • CPR required
  • 1-2 years of MA experience, highly preferred
  • Computer skills and communication skills
  • Ability to keep patient information confidential
