About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Technology Automation Specialist to join our team at New Frontier Immigration Law. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows to optimize our firm's efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automation workflows using Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, and other relevant tools to streamline our operations and improve productivity.
  • Optimize our use of Filevine, Immigration AI, and Lead Docket to ensure seamless integration with other systems and automations.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance document processing, client communication, and internal operations.
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision making.
  • Continuously analyze our processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Train and support team members in the use of new automated systems and tools.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with legal industry standards in all automation efforts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and implement tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in legal automation and AI.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in process automation, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, especially Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Experience with Filevine or similar legal case management software preferred.
  • Expertise in Zapier and ability to create complex, multi-step zaps.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, and their application in legal tech.
  • Understanding of data security and privacy considerations in the legal industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of technology trends.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $53,000 - $113,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and cost of living.
