Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a key member of our diagnostic radiography team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical and professional duties utilizing complex imaging equipment to produce high-quality radiographic images.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of technical and professional duties utilizing complex diagnostic imaging equipment, following routine protocols and demonstrating independent judgment.
  • Actively participate in workflow activities to ensure the goals of the department are met and the department runs efficiently.
  • Perform quality and compassionate patient care to ensure cooperation, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Perform various record-keeping and customer service functions to ensure exam charges are properly billed and communicate feedback.
  • Participate in educational activities to further professional knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an A.M.A. approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT and Connecticut state license.
  • Three years of recent radiography experience with at least one year at Greenwich Hospital.
